Farm re-development in Sevenoaks

Penton Architects lead a design team for a local farmer to Masterplan and Design conversions for 3 Atcost Barns, 1 Dutch Barn and 1 New Build home with associated Landscaping and Ecological works.  The client has had several attempts to gain consent for the full scheme which culminated in Penton Architects being employed to take the design lead.  The resulting scheme received Planning Approval with no amendments and the owner is now seeking to build out the 5 new homes.
