New Build House, garden plot, East Sussex

Planning permission for a new build single-storey house for a private client.  This house sits within the garden of a substantial village property in a very visible location.  The proposed house is cut into the existing slope and kept low so that it is predominately concealed by existing boundary planting .  A green roof adds to maintaining the green outlook from the surrounding roads.
