A 1960s chalet bungalow located in a village outside Tunbridge Wells, the retired new owners wanted a modern look with extended living space and better use of the existing roof space. The proposals utilise the large front garden and tapering boundary to create an imaginative re-modelled entrance to the house and a vaulted living space. Capturing daytime and evening light were achieved through careful positioning of new windows and staggering the rear elevation.

Due for Completion Summer 2017
