House refurbishment, Groombridge, East Sussex

The project involved modernisation, internal re-organisation and extensions to a 1960s house for its owners who had already lived there for over 20 years. The re-location of the kitchen to the front of the house, with an open-plan dining area leading into the garden, enabled the living spaces to benefit from new views and links through to the beautiful south-facing garden.
