South London Extension

As part of a complete renovation to a traditional terraced house, a contemporary garden room extension was formed to replace the former brick and pitched roof extensions.

The property has a small north-facing courtyard garden so the design was developed to allow the interior and exterior spaces to flow giving the illusion of greater space. High level strip windows are integrated to enable the evening sun to penetrate into the deep internal spaces.
